At Food Innovis, we envision to innovate the product that will make not only consumers life fresh by our high quality Thai fruit products but also our stakeholders to be fruitful working together with us. Established in 2018, we set out with a team of food scientists and engineers to explore novel technologies that would unlock Thai fruit seasonal availability and solve consumer pain points of fresh fruit's short shelf life and food waste issues. Our product, SNAPPY, is a fresh-cut Thai tropical fruit in a single-serve, ready-to-eat package, made possible by novel non-thermal processing technology. It is developed to better serve health-conscious consumers who demand high quality, clean, fresh and natural fruit products.
